Drop off Service: we will drop off and set up the initial buffet line, you will be in charge of refilling items and the takedown and clean up of your meal. No gratuity is added to these meals and no additional charges apply.

Severs: Our fully trained staff will be at your event for approx 1 hour before dinner is to be served to set up the buffet line and prepare for the meal. We will take care of refilling dishes, assisting with guest questions and take down and pack up the buffet. We will also clear plates and cutlery and wash them if required. Cost is a flat rate of $300 plus a 5% gratuity.
