Drop off Services: for drop off service, we will meet your serving staff in the kitchen with the meal in disposable pans. They will be responsible for setup, take down, and serving the meal. Gratuity is 10%, plus an additional $25 dollar delivery fee. Delivery outside of Saskatoon may incur additional charges.

Severs: our fully trained staff will be at your event approximately 45 minutes before dinner and a hour an 15 minutes for service and take down. Additional charges of $100 per 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will incur. Our staff will take care of bringing chafing dishes, serving utensils, setup and take down of the buffet, serving the protein, assisting with guest inquiries, clearing of plates and cutlery, and packing up any leftovers. Please note the client is responsible for the storage of leftover food after the event. Disposable plates and cutlery are included, if renting plates and cutlery additional charges will occur. If needing plates and cutlery washed, a $150 charge will apply. Service charge is a flat rate of $300 plus an additional 10% gratuity on your final bill.
